When writing a prescription, the doctor is asked to make the writing clear; it often happened that the patient was given medication other than the medicine prescribed by the doctor. If this results in any harm to the patient, the pharmacist is responsible. Therefore, the pharmacist has the right to refuse to dispense any prescription in which he is unsure of the name of the drug.
