Nausea from complications of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or surgery, or biological treatment

Nausea is a complication of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or bioremediation.
Here are some tips:
Ask your doctor for nausea and vomiting.
* Eat light foods on the stomach such as:
- Twist, grated, yogurt, light sponge cake, flour or rice cooked with milk.
- boiled potatoes, rice and pasta.
- Broken chicken, boiled or grilled chicken with a non-fried egg.
- canned peaches or any other soft fruit or vegetables.
- Clear liquids, ice cubes, and soft drinks.
* Avoid the following foods:
- Foods saturated with fat or fried.
- Sweet foods such as cake and similar.
- hot and hot food.
- Strong-smelling food.
* Eat small meals, many and slowly and do not receive hunger, but avoided because it increases the severity of nausea.
* If you do not like some foods, eat other foods at hand.
* Avoid eating in a crowded room, very warm and smelled of food because this may not suit you.
* Drink a little fluid during the meal because the water feels fullness and unwillingness to eat.
* Drink liquids in batches during the day and in small quantities and use the suction if you like.
* Eat food and drinks at room temperature or colder, hot foods will not aggravate the nausea.
* Do not eat your favorite foods when you feel nauseous because this breeds you have a permanent hatred for them.
* Take a break after eating the meal as the movement slows digestion.
* If nausea is severe in the morning, take dry dryness before getting out of bed.
* Wear loose clothes.
* If nausea is common during chemotherapy or radiotherapy, avoid eating an hour or two before treatment.
* Watch the time and food that happens to you nausea and avoid it.
