3 - drink boiled ginsbayl milk.
4 - drink boiling mulberry leaves.
5. Eat nuts, they stop nausea.
6- Take orange or apple juice between meals.
7 - drink boiled cinnamon + lemon juice.
8 - suck cloves, chewing gum and sugar.
