Weight gain during cancer treatment.. Increase the amount of water in the body due to increased appetite and the amount of food and calories in people with breast cancer or prostate or ovarian cancer

Some patients with breast cancer, prostate or ovarian cancer who take treatment either by medication, hormone therapy or chemotherapy may gain some weight. Most of this excess weight is an increase in the amount of water in the body, and also is due to increased appetite and an increase in the amount of food and calories.
Here are some notes:
- Focus on eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
- Choose lean meat and poultry and low or fat-free milk products.
- Reduce the use of butter, mayonnaise, sugars and other foods.
- Follow the method of cooking that do not require increased fat such as: roasting and roasting.
- Try not to eat high-calorie snacks, which are usually concentrated in sweets.
- Exercise more if you are a sports fan.
