Physical education games to teach the child through physical activity and sports

Physical education games:

They are games that help teach the child through the practice of a specific physical activity, including:

  • Before the child can walk: Placing the child on his stomach while awake for about 20 minutes distributed throughout the day, and playing with him, helps develop and strengthen the neck and shoulder muscles and enhance motor skills, and also prevents the back of the child's head from forming flat spots and head divergence .
  • Once the baby is walking: You can encourage them by letting them move around a lot, which means lots of time out of the stroller, and the chance to find things and activities that encourage movement, such as playing with and praising your baby as they learn to run, jump and dance to keep them going.
  • Kids need plenty of space to run around and play. Backyards, school and sports fields, parks, and beaches are all great places for kids.
  • Create games that involve different types of movement, have your child chase bubbles, walk along chalk lines, or jump over cracks in the floor.
  • Play different kinds of music or make sounds with your voice, this can encourage dancing and a sense of rhythm.
  • You can play a game of guessing the animals, their movements can be imitated such as jumping like a rabbit, flying like a bird and so on.
  • When your child is ready, let him try to learn to ride a bike, scooter or tricycle under your supervision.
