What are the causes of nervous behavior in children?

Children's nervousness:

Children’s nervousness is associated with many causes, such as the death of a family member, which affects the child’s feelings of safety, or changing the place of residence, studying, or joining a club (kindergarten) or a play group, which makes the child tense and irritable as a result of the pressure and effort resulting from trying to adapt with the new situation on it.

Causes of nervous behavior in children:

Among the causes of children's nervousness, we mention:
  • Children are bullied, or have disagreements with their friends.
  • Problems between parents, such as divorce.
  • Death of a parent.
  • child's illness.
  • Fear of low school grades.
  • The child's lack of self-confidence.
  • Feeling insecure, whether because of family problems or financial difficulties within the family, or even because of living in an unsafe neighborhood.
