Disorders caused by transplacental transfer of Maternal autoantibodies.. A number of disorders were instigated by autoantibodies

Disorders caused by transplacental transfer of Maternal autoantibodies:
Clinical manifestations in neonates have been recorded in a number of disorders that are thought to have been instigated by autoantibodies.
Because IgA, IgM, IgE antibodies can not cross the placenta in sufficient quantities, such cases are limited to the types of IgG antibodies.
The complement does not cross the placenta. Complementary can be identified in the fetus since about 11 weeks gestation.
IgG of the mother metabolizes more or less during the first 3-6 months of life and diseases transmitted to the placenta mediated by antibodies can be expected to spontaneously urinate during this period.
