Riehl's melasma.. Pigmentation in the form of patches ranging from light brown to dark

Riehl's melasma:
This form can be considered as eczema.
Skin manifestations:
Skin lesions appear as a dark pigmentation, more prevalent on sun-exposed areas, especially on the forehead, neck, behind the ears and friction areas such as the armpits.
The distinctive features are pigmentation in the form of patches ranging from light brown to dark.
Hypercirculation, congestion and the expansion of capillaries may be other manifestations.
This form should be distinguished from skin allergies due to cosmetics which are pigmented and dark spots in the skin due to the sensitivity of the skin caused by some types of perfumes.
