Granulomatous cheilitis.. Swelling and redness of the mucous with atrophy of the lingual papillae. Facial paralysis Bartha commissure of the mouth in one of the parties



Granulomatous cheilitis Chellitis granulomatosa:
** Idiopathic:
* Pretends sudden swelling, soft (no hyperplasia) is widespread and painless.
** Often affects the upper lip or lips together.
** Affects oral mucosa in most cases (in the glandular cheilitis, only lip injury) where the mucous becomes swollen and red, with atrophy of the lingual papillae.
** Microscopically:
* Chronic inflammatory filtrate.
* Blocks of fabric Habibi containing lymphocyte cells - Msoria - Weaver - giant - cells Skin Like (a macrophage big change shape of what looks like epithelial cells) without die cheesy and this is distinct from the microscopic appearance of TB.
* These manifestations resemble Ahlgrenawih Sarcoidosis .
* Granulomatous cheilitis is a symptom of the syndrome Mlchrison - Rosenthal Melkerson - rosenthal syndrome , These symptoms, which include:
* Sore lip Habibi.
* San choppy.
* Facial paralysis (where looseness occurs commissure of the mouth in one of the parties).
