White sponge nevus.. White areas gray sponge spread on oral mucosa with the presence of cracks and folds



White sponge nevus White spongy naevus
* A genetic lesion that affects infants and children.
* Resemble white leukoplakia (such as cancerous lesion).
* Pretend white areas gray, spongy, spread on oral mucosa with the presence of cracks and folds (that's what makes it similar white Baltalaoh) is to distinguish between them through textures:
* Leukoplakia: when Gesha be harsh.
* Birthmark: when Gesha be spongy. 
* Mucous often reside on vestibular and the land of the mouth and the sub-surface of the San (meaning the same places placed leukoplakia white).
* Microscopically:
- Healthy basement membrane (leukoplakia also sound if it has been superseded \ Metastasis)
- Increase class thorny Acantosis ((White Leucoplakia also)).
This edema is responsible for the spongy texture while the harsh leukoplakia is the lack of this edema.
- Hyperkeratosis and peer paired Hyper keratosis :
* Keratoses is a sheet of keratin.
* Parakeratosis is Keratin with the remnants of epidermal cells.
- Chronic inflammatory filtrate under the skin.
* There is no pain.
* Do not show this malignant lesion changed, while white leukoplakia are pre-cancerous lesion.
