Acne .. Chronic inflammatory disease affects the follicular hair follicles (Muthia) after puberty. Infections and Staphylococcus aureus

ACNE:
Is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the seborrheic hair follicles (Muthia). It usually appears after puberty and the disease is rare in children and the elderly.
The most affected areas are the sebaceous areas, especially the sebaceous glands, the upper back of the chest, and the shoulders.
The common form of acne occurs after puberty.
the reasons:
Genetic factors that increase the effectiveness of sebaceous glands and blockage of the sebaceous noises are the main factors.
Hormones:
Androgens increase the effectiveness of the sebaceous gland in both sexes.
Estrogens imitate the effect of androgens.
ACTH increases the effectiveness of sebaceous glands because of its effect on the production of androgens.
Infections Infections and Staphylococcus aureus are important in the pathogenesis of young people.
Diet: Sometimes certain foods such as hyper sugars, fatty foods and chocolate are affected, and iodized substances such as seafood may have an effect on induction in certain people.
Medications: The formoid eruption is caused by several topical and systemic medications, such as tetracycline, corticosteroids, some vitamins with minerals such as iodine, and other drugs that may be associated with infertile eruptions.
Tension, stress and lack of sleep may have a role as well.
Pathological mechanism:
There are two factors that have an important role in the formation of the count, including those that increase the effectiveness of sebaceous glands with abundant production of sebum and the other factor is the blockage of the sebaceous noises.
Increasing the effectiveness of sebaceous glands and occlusion of sebaceous sebaceous follicles leads to the retention of sebum within the scabies that expand and rupture over time.
Anaerobic bacteria such as varicose veins, organic peritoneal bovine spores and staphylococcus aureus cause sebaceous septum to acidic acids and triglycerides acting as an important disinfectant.
This may lead to the appearance of various forms of young pills such as papules, pimples, cysts and warts.
