Thermal relaxation time .. Duration of coldness of tissue adjacent to the area where laser light is concentrated

Thermal relaxation time:
Is the length of the cold tissue adjacent to the area where the laser is focused: It is known as the time needed to lose the tissues heated by the laser is equivalent to 50% of the temperature through the spread.
It is also the time needed to cool the tissue adjacent to the laser heated area.
This phenomenon is very important and essential in laser treatment so that neighboring tissues can be protected from unwanted complications.
