Ways to prevent the effects of the sun.. Avoid reflective surfaces. Avoid dandruff beds and photosensitizers whether they are medicines, plants or trees

The harmful effects of sunlight are strongest between 10 am and 4 pm:
1 Use wide-spectrum sunscreens with sunscreen factor.
2 Repeat the sunscreen every two hours outside the house, even on cloudy days especially on the shores of the sea and snowy areas.
3 Wear a taut protective garment, such as long-sleeved shirts and long pants.
4 Wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses outside the house.
5 Stand in the shade as much as possible, if your shadow is shorter than you, you are likely to suffer more sun damage.
6 Avoid reflective surfaces.
7 Children are more sensitive to the effects of the sun.
8 Minimize exposure to the sun.
Avoid beds drowning the skin.
10 Avoid allergens, whether they are medicines, plants or trees.
