IgM hyperthyroidism.. Tonsillitis and middle ear. Viral warts. Inflammation of mouth, gums and oral ulceration



IgM hyperthyroidism:
It is a sexually inherited disease that affects males in a controlled manner.
General features:
- Repeated bacterial infections, especially tonsillitis, otitis media and pneumonia especially during the first or second year of life.
- Skin manifestations: Many viral warts.
- manifestations of mucous membranes: inflammation of the mouth, gingivitis and oral ulcers occur secondary to the lack of neutrophils.
Blood image: Ig M rises and decreases IgA, IgG, IgE, and neutropenia.
