Recipes for babies from 7 months.. Noodles with meat. Vegetable Cake. Yogurt-type milk drink. Chicken with pureed fruit. Chicken rice



Recipes for babies from 7 months
Contribution of 360 Kcal/day:


1- Noodles with meat:

- Ingredients:

  • 2 small cups of noodles (or whatever type of pasta you like best).
  • 50 g of meat, shredded.
  • 1 medium tomato without skin and without seeds, cut into very small cubes.
  • ½ onion chopped into very small cubes.
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

- Preparation:

  • Boil the noodles.
  • In a pan, place the meat, tomato and onion and cook everything together well (this tomato sauce can be seasoned with mild flavors such as oregano, bay leaf, a pinch of sugar, etc.) Except salt.
  • Add a teaspoon of sunflower oil. It can be seasoned with a teaspoon of grated cheese.

2- Vegetable Cake:

- Ingredients:

  • 1 egg.
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or double cream cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons milk (preferably breast milk)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of cornstarch (cornstarch).
  • 1 small piece of pumpkin.
  • ½ peeled carrot.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.

- Preparation:

  • Boil the pumpkin and carrot. (Steam cooking is preferable to better preserve nutrients).
  • Blend the carrot and pumpkin or puree them with a fork.
  • Mix the egg, cheese, milk and cornstarch.
  • Bake in a water bath for 30 to 40 minutes, until the cake is firm. Unmold and serve.

3- Yogurt-type milk drink:

- Ingredients:

  • 1 small red apple
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal flakes.
  • 200 cc whole drinkable yogurt or fortified milk.

Preparation:

  • Peel the apple and remove the seeds.
  • Put everything in the blender. Blend very well. Serve.

4- Chicken with pureed fruit:

- Ingredients:

  • 200 g of chicken without skin.
  • The juice of 1 orange.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 1 small onion.
  • 1 grated apple.
  • 2 small black potatoes.

- Preparation:

  • Cook the chicken cut into small pieces, the finely chopped onion and the grated apple in a frying pan, with the orange juice and the sugar.
  • In a separate saucepan, boil the black potatoes and serve them with the chicken.

5- Chicken rice:

- Ingredients:

  • 100 g of cooked and shredded chicken.
  • 50g of rice.
  • 30 g of peas.
  • 30 g of carrot.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

- Preparation:

  • Boil the rice very well.
  • In a saucepan, place a little water and cook the carrot and peas.
  • When the vegetables are tender, drain them.
  • Mix the rice, the shredded chicken and the vegetables. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes and add the olive oil.
