The term "amino compounds" with an oxygen function, means amino compounds containing as well as amino function, on one or several oxygen functions as defined in note 4 of Chapter 29. (with alcoholic, etherical, phenolic, Aldehyde, ketone, etc.). It also includes organic and inorganic acetate acids. This item includes amino compounds that are considered as alternative derivatives of amines containing Oxygene functions of headings 29.05 to 29.20 and their salts and esters.
Amines that can be deodorized (DIAZOTISABLE) and their salts, which are included in this heading, shall also be included in this heading if they are diluted with standard concentrations to be used in the manufacture of alzo dyes.
Organic dyes are excluded from this item (Chapter 32).
