Skin changes.. Grease inhibitors. Diclomycin and cracking nails. Methotrexate and general hair loss

Skin changes:
Corticosteroids may lead to direct skin atrophy or pigmentary disorders in the frequent use of strong steroids for a long time, especially in infants and young children.
Some lipid-forming inhibitors such as Triparanol cause a disturbance in the cornea.
Nails: Declomycin may cause nail clots.
Hair: Chemotherapy such as methotrexate may cause general hair loss.
Vitamin A hyperactivity may induce hair loss.
