Nickel alloy castings for porcelain and ceramics in the form of alloy or cylinder
Our alloy shape alloy teeth Nickel Chrome is a nickel alloy which possesses excellent portability and completely varied properties. It fits most ceramic powders smoothly. Thanks to the patented Willett formula, it had an excellent link strength compared to other competitors.

Features:
1- Extremely high corrosion resistance: No toxicity potential of cells in cell culture test
2- Consent to life certified by both government and non-governmental institutes
3- Low thermal conductivity
4- High elasticity coefficient
5- Great strength with no acceptable period
6- Long cooling time not required: Low expansion coefficient
7- Metal bond to ceramic is reliable
8- High heat resistance: stability of dimensional stability during high continuity
Package: 1 kg / bottle
- Customers can check with NCP etched or without it.

Instructions:
What is the ideal temperature to get the best result when casting?
The casting temperature should always keep 100 ~ 150 higher than the liquid temperature.
What is the ideal time to get the best result when sending?
During the casting of nickel-chrome alloys that do not contain beryllium, the surface of the fusion alloys will show a layer of shade.
As soon as the shadow disappears and the edges of the alloy become rounded (its melting until the shape of the ball becomes unnecessary) will be the best timing for casting. The ideal timing for casting cobalt chrome alloys is heated until the surface membrane is punctured and a spark of bright light begins to appear.
Cobalt Cobalt casting is incomplete, what are the reasons?
1- The casting ring is not heated evenly: During cobalt casting, the casting ring should be heated gradually and slowly before it reaches 300.. Leave it in the oven between 300 و and 600 for 10-30 minutes. Once heated to the required temperature, keep the same temperature for at least 30 minutes before casting.
2- The casting temperature is less than / higher than the alloy requirement.
3- Strub design incorrectly: For example, Strub is very tight. Strongly recommend that the strobe diameter is made of 5 mm or more.
4- The amount of the alloy is not enough for the casting piece or the centrifugal force of the casting pressure is not enough.
5- Do not avoid the center heat casting piece.
